I had to reformat my main drive Superbowl Sunday. Something, I believe it was IE8, corrupted a sptd.sys file in Windows. This caused Windows to only boot up in safe mode. A normal boot would result in a crash.

I wanted to post about EQing in the mix. I say "in the mix" b/c many think EQing happens as part of the mastering process. I think that is like baking a cake and then wanting to cut the amount of milk or eggs I had used in the cake mix. To me it is not the best process to get the clarity you want. So I like to EQ in the mix, not outside ... >> full

One of the new tracks I am working on is a track that will feature an emcee that some of you may remember. I worked with him back in 2003 or so with a song called "Way Way Down". His name is Ike Dogg the Motorola.
