Tears of Technology is an independent artist that is not supported by any major label. He funds everything out of his own pocket. Why? For the love of the music, why else?

Being a independent means that he is a starving artist. Take the starving part literally. The life of a musician is not as glamourous as it may seem. Dan struggles from day to day to make ends meet. It is the life of a true artist.

He was blessed with a gift and he rocks his heart & soul for nothing sometimes. He lives on his music sales and it can swing from week to week. Some weeks he may make 400 or 500 dollars, but sometimes it can swing the other way and he make make zero in a week or two. This can be devastating to anyone trying to survive in today's world.
